I’m thrilled to report that not only have I hit an even 41 lbs lost since I began changing my eating on January 20, but I also hit the first mini goal I had set for myself to reach by June 1. I was .6 lbs over it yesterday and .4 lbs under it today. So I just barely made it, but I made it!!!
And this is from changing my eating only. But starting this summer, I am going to take the kids to the park every day (weather permitting) and walk the big track that goes around the play area while they play. I’ll be happy to do one or maybe two laps to start, but I hope to be able to do several laps by the end of the summer – and see a nice change on the scale! 🙂
